I&#8217;m back<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from my trip to the <a href=\"http:\/\/centralcoast.com\" target=\"_blank\">central coast<\/a>!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lemme tell you, NOTHING is more depressing than having to come back to L.A. after four days of wine tasting, ocean waves, (some) great food, and, of course, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cayucosshorelineinn.com\" target=\"_blank\">Shoreline Inn&#8230; on the beach<\/a>. HOWEVER&#8230; I <em>was<\/em> fired-up\u00a0to get back home to cut together all this awesome footage I shot. Including a few trips to some VERY special vineyards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Let&#8217;s\u00a0start with my visit to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bianchiwine.com\" target=\"_blank\">Bianchi Winery and Tasting Room<\/a> in Paso Robles. Oh, they could NOT have been\u00a0cooler\u00a0and more\u00a0accommodating up\u00a0there. Especially Andrew, who gave us our pours. GREAT guy with a fabulous sense of humor.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WINE PAIRING: If I were you, I&#8217;d watch this video with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bianchiwine.com\/wines\/signature-whites.php?id=14\" target=\"_blank\">Bianchi&#8217;s California Champagne<\/a>, a sparkling wine that&#8217;ll knock you out.
